Visit of Archbishop Leo of Karelia and All Finland

On Saturday, November 11, 2017, His All-Holiness Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew received His Eminence Archbishop Leo of Karelia and All Finland, together with, Her Excellency Paivi Kairamo, Ambassador of Finland to the Republic of Turkey, sub-deacon Gaius, and Mr. Jary Rantala, legal counselor of Archbishop Leo, at the Phanar.
During their discussion, Archbishop Leo informed His All-Holiness about the upcoming Clergy-Laity Congress of the Autonomous Orthodox Church of Finland, as well as of other internal affairs of the Church.
On Sunday, November, 12, 2017, Archbishop Leo presided during the Divine Liturgy at the Church of St. Demetrios in Tatavla, where a ten-member Finnish youth choir chanted during the liturgy.
